Machining
We work with several machine shops that allows us to handle a full spectrum of machined products. This group of companies have production, short run, prototypes and repair part capabilities in a wide range of materials at competitive prices.
With a full range of CNC turning centers, horizontal machining centers and vertical machining centers our shops are able to deliver high quality accurate parts, on time and within budget expectations. In combination with the other members of the group, complete parts can be provided to you from a single source.
Materials we work with include: grey and ductile iron, high alloy forgings, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-nickel alloy and aluminum. Typical sizes range from small parts (<1 lb) to larger parts (1500 lbs).
All of the typical machining operations are available including: milling, slot cutting, drilling, tapping, die sinking, rebating, routing, etc.
