Prototyping
We can have your prototype built directly from your drawings or perform only the processes you need done to your prototype. From your drawings, we can have the casting patterns produced, castings poured, machined and if necessary have secondary operations performed such as heat treating, plating and grinding.
Our pattern makers specialize in rapid prototyping, reverse engineering and solid modeling. They offer design services with CAD/CAM design, toolpath and CNC development. They can read many file formats to accommodate your software. We work with several machine shops specializing in prototypes and short run parts to be able to produce a wide range of parts from design to finished product.
The pattern makers have extensive experience in models, gages, fixtures, dies and all types of patterns and prototypes. They work with wood, metal, plastic, wax and styrofoam materials. We can have castings produced from gray & ductile iron, steel and aluminum and produce investment castings as well.
