Within the group is a seventeen-year-old stamping company with a 108,500 square-foot modern manufacturing plant with a current customer base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Specializing in stamped metal parts with other operations that include blanking, draw work, cut-offs, forming, tube cut-off and forming, rod cut-off and forming, welding, assembly, and all necessary operations with progressive dies, compound dies, and other necessary tooling can be developed.

Able to design, build, and maintain stamping tooling with a complete tool and die facility and an experienced staff. There is a complete quality control department including state-of-the-art technology to supply customers with computer-compiled S.P.C. data and C.P.K. analysis.

Able to warehouse stampings and work off of blanket purchase orders to keep customers supplied. There are three overhead cranes, three truck-level docks, and three ground-level docks for efficient material flow.

State of the art presses ranging from 39 to 400 Ton including large bed straight side presses.

Press operations include stamping, blanking, draw work, cut-off and all types of forming.

Uncoiling equipment capable up to ½” thick and weights up to 10,000 pounds.

Will design, build and maintain our own tooling with a complete tool and die facility.

Have developed progressive dies, compound dies and several other types of tooling in our own engineering department.

Quality control is supported by our state of the art technology with computerized SPC and CPK analysis. Capabilities include CMM as well.
