Tube and Bar Cutting
Within the group, we offer tube and bar cutting and screw machine products. All parts are lathe type cut to your specifications to assure straight cuts and chamfered corners. Screw machine parts can be drilled, reamed, knurled, turned, faced and chamfered. Secondary operations including cross drilling, secondary tapping and threading. All processes are performed with precise tolerances in mind.
Machined parts include: rounds, hexes and squares in tubing, solid bars and a variety of shapes. Materials include: carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, brass and selected plastics. You can supply the materials or the parts can be produced and shipped complete. If you parts require plating, heat treating or grinding, we can have these services performed for you within the group.
